| Some deer come out to watch |
As the fateful day draws ever closer, some members of the team are actually being sensible and getting in some training rides. A couple of weekends ago, the team had 2 separate groups go for different rides. The first group went for a ride closer to home in Richmond Park, which was probably the more sensible option since it makes getting home afterwards a lot easier. Here's a brief description of the day from Vikki.
(By the way, Percival is the name of her bike - girls!!!)

"Percival" & I met Tamsin, my cousin, and her bike "Red 2" at Richmond Station and we had a 16 mile adventure that included hills, rain, deer, sunshine, rivers, forest paths and muesli bars! The fact that my bike has no shock absorbers has become abundantly clear and over the next few months I shall be hardening up ;-} Let the good times roll.
